Magdalena Kuštelega graduated at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in the class of 2022 when she got a master’s degree in economics. She previously worked in the private sector, and since 2024, she has been employed as a teaching assistant in the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics. Her areas of interest are digital marketing and customer relationship management. She is an active member of the Business Process Management and Digital Transformation Laboratory and also of the Organizing Committee of the International Scientific Conference – CRODMA.
