Friedrich (Fritz) Stallinger studied Computer Science at the Johannes Kepler University Linz and has built a distinguished career spanning consulting, research, and project leadership in the automotive and software engineering sectors. He is Endowed Professor for Multi-Project Management and Integrated Management and heads the corresponding department in the Project Management and Organisation programme at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna. His research focuses on project, process and quality management, agile and hybrid project methods, innovation management, and digital transformation. He also teaches at the Technical University Vienna and contributes to international standards and research evaluation activities.

A custom chatbot supported self-study on lifecycle models, and prescribed GenAI tools helped students explore trends, create process landscapes, and experiment with BPMN-based modelling, with outputs critically compared through peer review and reflection.
